All classes are held at my home studio in our beautiful barn.
Join us for invigorating hour and a half sessions of the renowned Ashtanga primary series. This dynamic style of yoga, cherished by many, is not only my personal practice but also a favorite among yoga enthusiasts worldwide.

This style of yoga involves doing a sequence of poses, in a continuous, flowing, fast-paced manner. Ashtanga yoga practitioners, or ashtangis, move swiftly from one pose to another, timed with every inhale and exhale.
​
With over a decade of experience as a certified yoga teacher since 2009, having received training from the esteemed British Wheel of Yoga, I possess the expertise to guide students in mastering the yoga sequence. Whether it be through engaging classes, personalized one-on-one sessions, or intimate private lessons for small groups of friends, I am committed to assisting individuals on their yoga journey.

Classes are £12 or you can buy 10 classes for £100 (to be used in six months).

THAI YOGA MASSAGE

TYM is often referred to as ‘lazy yoga’ because you lie down on a futon (fully clothed), whilst the practitioner takes you through a series of movements and the application of rhythmic compression to energy lines and points, in synergy with deep stretching movements and gentle rocking. Simply put, the main focus of TYM is helping to regain ‘balance’ in the flow of energy in the body.
The calming and healing effects of TYM on the ‘subtle’ body have a positive effect on the physical body: it both relieves excess energy and energizes, it is used to maintain wellbeing. The receiver comes out feeling more open, stretched, refreshed and ‘in balance’.
